Number Names

Number names are simply expressing numbers in words. For example, 1 is written or read as one. Number words make it easier for us to learn and identify numbers.

Number names are always written considering the place value of the digit in the given number. Number names from 1 (one) to 10 (ten) are used for writing words of higher numbers.
